I am an audio engineer, producer, and video specialist from southeast Michigan with a strong background in studio design, installation, and maintenance. Currently, I function as the Assistant Manager of the audio facilities at the University of Michigan, where I record and mix, maintain the studios, teach training courses, and perform live sound duties in our black box Video Studio. The three audio recording studios were renovated starting in 2006 and I was an integral member in designing, installing, and now maintaining the spaces.Outside of the studios at University of Michigan, I can be found producing and recording music in studios around Michigan and touring around the country with rock band IAmDynamite as a front of house live sound engineer.

My entrance to the world of audio began as a studio recording engineer figuring out how to tell stories using musical recordings. Shortly after, I wanted to use sound to help accentuate the stories of films and animations, which piqued my interest in sound design and mixing for picture. I extended my skills in video to producing live performance music videos, editing, and cinematography for a variety of different projects.
